Welcome to Edelweiss Osteopathic Clinic. By booking and attending an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, professionalism, and consistency in the care we provide.

Scope of Service

Edelweiss Osteopathic Clinic provides professional, one-on-one osteopathic treatment delivered by fully registered practitioners. All sessions are conducted in a private clinical setting at 10 Harley Street, London.

Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance via our online system or by direct enquiry.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Edelweiss operates as a private, self-pay clinic.

  • We do not accept NHS referrals, private health insurance, or third-party payments.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

All cancellations, rescheduling, and non-attendance are subject to the terms set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy ›.
Clients are personally responsible for any fees incurred under that policy.

Consent & Client Responsibility

All clients of Edelweiss Osteopathic Clinic are required to provide informed consent before treatment begins. This includes an understanding of the nature of osteopathic care and agreement with the clinic’s policies regarding payment and cancellation.

 

By choosing to book an appointment, clients acknowledge that:

  • All treatments are provided by a therapist who is registered with their specific governing body and who adhere to the standards set by said governing body. All osteopaths at Clinic Edelweiss are registered with the General Osteopathic Clinic (GOsC).

  • Clinic Edelweiss operates as a private, self-pay clinic. Patients are responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of referral source.

  • Patients agree to abide by the booking and cancellation policy

Changes to Terms
