Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Edelweiss Osteopathic Clinic, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of personalised care. To ensure smooth operation and respect for both practitioner time and client needs, the following booking and cancellation policies apply.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Appointments are offered by private booking only.

• A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

• You may manage or reschedule your appointment via your client login or by contacting the clinic directly.

We welcome referrals from healthcare professionals, personal assistants, and private networks; however, clients are personally responsible for all fees. We do not accept NHS referrals, private health insurance, or third-party payments.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

• This policy ensures fair access to appointments and allows us to maintain a high standard of service for all clients.

All clients of Edelweiss Osteopathic Clinic are required to provide informed consent before treatment begins. This includes an understanding of the nature of osteopathic care and agreement with the clinic’s policies regarding payment and cancellation.

By choosing to book an appointment, clients acknowledge that:

• All treatments are provided by a therapist who is registered with their specific governing body and who adhere to the standards set by said governing body. All osteopaths at Clinic Edelweiss are registered with the General Osteopathic Clinic (GOsC).

• Clinic Edelweiss operates as a private, self-pay clinic. Patients are responsible for full payment of fees, regardless of referral source.

• Patients agree to abide by the booking and cancellation policy as outlined on this page.
