Booking & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. This secures your session and allows for a smooth and uninterrupted experience on the day of your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or unattended without prior notice, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee, and no refunds will be issued. This policy helps us maintain availability for clients who are ready to attend. We welcome referrals from GPs, healthcare professionals, and personal assistants; however, please note that Edelweiss operates strictly as a private, self-pay clinic. Clients are personally responsible for the full payment of fees. We do not accept NHS referrals, private health insurance, or third-party payment arrangements. All practitioners at Edelweiss are registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and work in accordance with their professional standards. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this policy.
